Anti-climactic

Well, the top did not blow off of our little CCH secret nearly as dramatically as I thought it would. The N&O article we were dreading hit this morning with very little fanfare. Either our residents don't read the biz section, or they are not surprised.

While it is relieving to be able to openly acknowledge the possibility that the property may sell (truly, the inevitibility that one day it will) I now feel an urgency to pacify the residents by stressing two things: first, that it ain't over til the fat lady signs on the bottom line, and second, that if/when that finally happens, change will still be a long time coming.

This really is a special place. I feel very fortunate to be here, now.
